The polar plots of ventricular phase (bottom centre) show an area of almost paradoxical motion in the left ventricle inferolaterally (blue) and interventricular dyssynchrony (green in the right ventricle). After resynchronization pacing, NYHA class improved from III to I, left ventricular end-diastolic volume fell from 205 mL to 122 mL and left ventricular ejection fraction improved from 15% to 36%.
