Ultrasound performed at 3 o’clock, 2 centimeters from the nipple (A, radial view) shows a round complex solid and cystic mass with irregular margins associated with a duct (arrow). Color Doppler (B, radial view) shows vascularity within the mass (arrow). The finding was assessed as BI-RADS 4 – suspicious. Biopsy demonstrated papilloma.
