Stimulation of ANF638LUX and ANF3003LUX expression by Gα13Q226L. Neonatal cardiac myocytes were transfected with ANF638LUX or ANF3003LUX (15 μg/dish), pON249 (4 μg/dish) and 3 μg of Gα13, Gα13Q226L or pRC/RSV backbone vector (CON) as described under Section 2. After a further 48 h the cells were extracted and assayed for LUX and β-gal expression.
