Fat grafting is performed in the gluteal and infragluteal regions. In the gluteal region, the distribution of the fat graft was mainly in the center area of the upper half buttock and gradually reduced to the outer circumference. In the infragluteal region, the distribution of the fat graft was mainly along the infragluteal fold and the vertical middle line of the thigh. (B) After the operation, the infragluteal fold line was shorter and the sagging appearance of the buttock was improved.
