Therapeutic advancements in clinical management of vestibular schwannomas (VSs). Various therapeutics that target different levels of signaling cascades including signals, transducers, effectors, and response elements have been tested in clinical trials for the management of VSs. The therapeutics are listed along with their targets, and the outcomes of completed clinical trials are also provided.
