The negative values indicate cooler temperatures under the PS scenario. Panel (b) shows the differences in these temperature changes for the upper and deep ocean layers compared to the surface. Negative values correspond to a greater cooling in the layer under the PS scenario compared to the surface. The vertical dotted lines correspond to the median year that SRM deployment is ended.
