Retraction and replacement of: Development and Preliminary Validation of Standardized Regression-Based Change Scores as Measures of Transitional Cognitive Decline

In the original version of this paper, the authors presented a method for calculating standardized regression-based change scores in the Uniform Data Set neuropsychological battery, as well as a calculator for implementing the approach in practice. Following communication from colleagues attempting to replicate the reported findings, the authors discovered an error in the regression formulas utilized, and the authors notified the journal in July 2024. The authors have subsequently corrected these formulas and revised affected text, including supplementary material, and the associated calculator.
