Special Collection: Mass Rearing of High-Quality Insects
The International Organization for Biological Control (IOBC) Global Working Group on Mass Rearing and Quality Assurance (MRQA) aims to facilitate and advance cost-effective rearing of high-quality insects and other invertebrates for multiple purposes, e.g., in support of biological control and integrated pest management or as food and feed.
This special collection of papers for the Journal of Insect Science includes the history of the working group and a selection of research topics addressed by its members during the 14th IOBC-MRQA Workshop, held in Mérida, Mexico.
The papers are all published under an open access license, meaning they are free to read, download, and share.
