Journal of World Energy Law and Business - self-archiving policy

As the Author, copyright in the Article remains yours (or your employer's if your employer claims copyright in work you have written in the course of your employment). You retain the right to re-use the Article after publication, free of charge, as long as you do not sell it or give it away in ways which would conflict directly with the commercial business interests of the AIPN or the OUP. Specifically, you agree not to republish the article in any commercial, professional or academic journal or online service.

You retain the right to use the Article within your employer's institution or company for educational or research purposes only, including use in course packs and to use the article for distribution at professional or academic conferences. You are also entitled to include a link from your own or your institution's or firm's website providing free access to the published version of the Article on the OUP website. If you re-use the Article, you must acknowledge the AIPN and the Journal of World Energy Law and Business as the original place of publication.
