I am an Executive Editor focusing on reference publishing in art and architecture. I supervise the Grove Dictionary of Art and the Benezit Dictionary of Artists, the peer-reviewed, continuously updated reference works in Oxford Art Online. I would be delighted to speak to scholars interested in becoming authors or advisors for these resources. I also manage the art and architecture programs for Oxford Bibliographies, as well as Oxford’s atlas publishing. I am interested in the power of reference works to expand and to diversify the canon by bringing in new topics and scholars, and I welcome projects that will update and widen the foundational knowledge of art and architectural history. I hold a BA from Washington University in St. Louis and an MA in the History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art, and I have worked in publishing long enough to have proofread the mechanicals for audiobooks on cassette.
Oxford University Press is a department of the University of Oxford. It furthers the University's objective of excellence in research, scholarship, and education by publishing worldwide
