An issue affecting some users
We are aware of an issue that is preventing some users subscribing to some Oxford Academic journals podcasts using the iOS Apple Podcasts app. The message received by these users in the app is ‘Unable to Subscribe. Podcast cannot be added because the server or feed cannot be found.’ However, users can still access and listen to podcast episodes listed in the app. We are currently investigating the cause of this error and will work diligently to resolve it as soon as possible. In the meantime, please note that users can subscribe in the desktop versions of the Apple Podcasts app and sync the podcasts to their iOS device(s).
