ESC Manuscript Transfer Service

Oxford University Press (OUP), Wiley, and the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) provide a Manuscript Transfer Service, which allows authors to opt in to transferring their manuscript to another ESC journal if the ESC journal they submitted to does not accept their paper.

In most cases, authors will be made an offer of transfer after their manuscript has been peer reviewed. In these cases, the reviewer comments will be passed to the destination journal, significantly reducing the time to final decision at that journal.

The following journals participate in the ESC Manuscript Transfer Service:

Cardiovascular Research

EP Europace

EuroIntervention

European Heart Journal

European Heart Journal – Acute Cardiovascular Care

European Heart Journal – Cardiovascular Imaging

European Heart Journal – Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy

European Heart Journal – Case Reports
