About the journal
Integrative & Comparative Biology (ICB) is dedicated to publishing findings from symposia and other events at the annual meeting of the Society of Integrative and Comparative Biology as well as organized bundles (groupings). Our papers include reviews, works of original research, and perspectives. We also publish a handful of queried papers annually.

The BIMS Issue
Black In Marine Science started as a week to highlight and amplify Black voices in the field and encourage younger generations, while also shedding light on the lack of diversity in marine science. The organization has grown in leaps and bounds. This year, ICB collaborated with BIMS to bring an issue of papers solely by their authors to our readership.
