Novel ID Cases and Teaching Cases
Open Forum Infectious Diseases welcomes both teaching cases demonstrating a key or striking aspect of an ID-related disease and novel case reports describing a novel pathogen, disease presentation, outcome, or medication effect. Starting in 2021, the journal is spotlighting cases of particular interest as a “Case of the Month.”
This archive collects all of the OFID Cases of the Month along with other teaching cases and novel cases to make these important reports easier to access and share with colleagues and students.
